OTANI STEEL CORPORATION

The success of a community is based on the happiness of those who work and live in it. It is OTANI Steel's wish to continue to learn, dream, and develop together with the people in the community, and maintain our deep bonds with them.
We host "OTANI PRESENTS Fureai Station", which provides an opportunity for local artists to show their work. We support all those who love the arts, both professional and amateur, in a cross-genre approach, and we support activities to promote the arts and culture that bring local artists and the community together.
We feel it important to give children - the creators of the future - chances to express their curiosity and questioning spirit, and let them experience the joy and fun of learning, knowing, and thinking. This belief led us to establish the OTANI Science Awards and the OTANI Academic Library, and to host science events. This is an effort to contribute to the promotion of science and culture in the community.
We play a part in promoting a recycling-oriented society by recycling steel scrap to make new steel. We are committed to preserving the earth's environment by reducing exhaust gases and the CO2 emitted from factories, and by establishing the kind of late-night operations that help level out the use of electricity and reduce its consumption.
